Three strangers from different backgrounds find themselves trapped inside a confined mansion and as they run low on resources they soon figure out the only way to escape is for one to kill the other two.

Art dealer Trevor and his best friend Dante, an Italian/American fashion photographer, holiday in Capri where they both fall for Antonia, a local beauty. One of them marries her. Dave Stimple, an unfocused mattress store owner, is having issues connecting with everyone around him.
